Does Structor change anything on my WordPress site without my approval?
No. Structor is read-only by default. Push-back to WordPress only happens after a person on your team approves a change in the review queue.
What WordPress versions and post types are supported?
WordPress 5.0+ with the REST API enabled (the default). All post types, taxonomies, and statuses are supported, including custom ones registered by your theme or plugins.
Where is my data stored?
Your account data and analysis results are stored in encrypted databases. WordPress credentials are encrypted at rest and never exposed to the browser. See our Security page for the full breakdown.
How do AI coins work?
Each plan includes a monthly allotment of AI coins that resets at the start of every billing cycle. Most analysis actions cost 1 coin per post. You can see your balance and usage in the app at any time.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel from the billing page in the app at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the current period.
